What is Best Western Sure Stay brand

In an effort to secure a larger market share in the industry Best Western has launched the new non-branded brand of Sure Stay Hotels

Sure Stay hotels do not need to use the Two-Way Interface and can use a non-mandated PMS, in addition to still being able to use Guestline and the two-way interface – all the normal BW restrictions will apply i.e. can’t use combination rooms 

Sure Stay Hotels can use the DBM or any other booking engine. 

For a Best Western hotel that is already live with Guestline and the Two-Way interface, that wishes to move to the Sure Stay brand, will have to go through a new go live process which will be chargeable – costs to be determined.
