To add a new Roomlynx User and/or change a user’s password you will need to be in the office and connected to the secure network.
When logged in to Roomlynx Admin select user management from the left-hand pane, and select search by code and scroll to the site ID of the site you wish to add/amend the user
Once the site has been selected you will have the option to 'Edit an existing user' or 'Add a new user'.
Roomlynx CRS User
If either of the following are displayed when viewing the Roomlynx Monitoring Page, please take action to avoid the channel connection being lost!
For this example, log into admin, find the user under CRS User Management and select Extend Password Validity.
For this example, go into Admin, select CRS User Management, edit the user and increase the Account Expiry
Please do this for all servers and if you don't have access, please ask Support or Distribution who do.
