Adding a Segment to a CRS Reservation

Multiple segments can be added on to a CRS reservation if the booker requires additional rooms on different dates or rooms at another property.

Locate the required CRS Reservation using the search criteria filters available and select the CRS Ref Hyperlink.

On the CRS reservation, click on to the "+" (plus sign) symbol next to the existing segment booking reference number.

The will populate the CRS rate plan search screen. 

Complete the following main information:

• Arrival Date
• Departure Date
• No of Nights
• No of Rooms
• Adults
• Children
• Infants

Click Total Cost to display all available room types, properties and prices.

To select the chosen Room Type and Rate Plan, click on the Monetary Value.

This will take you back into the CRS reservation and directly onto Segment 2. 

Select the Media Source from the Misc. Tab

Select the Booking Status and Guarantee Tab from the Policies & Payments Tab.

Click Save. This will then populate a booking reference and this will be visible next to the Segment 2 header.
