- If a new rate plan has been created in Rezlynx but not added to the conversions in Roomlynx, when a booking is made and Rezlynx & Roomlynx send that reservation up to Best Western for its BW number, what happens?
- Will it go up successfully up to BW but go to default on the way back down? If this is the case will it change the rate plan in Rezlynx to the default? - There is a mapping of HP (House Plan) any rates that are not at BWI will pass through on this plan but not be changed in the reservation
- How will Advance Purchase work? Need to be able to set the lead time in BW as can't set in Roomlynx. Roomlynx then shouldn’t open the close out back up for the advance purchase rolling dates. These are set at BW by BW
- What restriction level are Groups on? - currently left at Level - D, 1G (Group1) etc. Sites Choice for Buckets apart from A All Noted on Pre Imp
