How to use the Enquiries Tracker Report

Used to Track Enquiries Created for requested dates within the CRS.

Filters available:

• Level Type:
  - Enquiry Header – displays the main enquiry
  - Option – displays the option within the main enquiry
  - Pick – displays the individual room picks within the options on an enquiry
• Created By – operator who created the enquiry
• Created From – the created from date range for the report
• Created To – the created until date range for the report
• From – the starting stay date on the enquiry
• To – the end stay date on the enquiry
• Chase From – the staring date range for the enquiry chase
• Chase To – the end date range for the enquiry chase
• Status – the current status of the enquiry as either Converted, Open or Closed
• Assigned To – assigned operator for the enquiry

Select Refresh to show on screen.

Select View for more options.
