Templates can be emailed to CRS Reservations and individual bookings within the CRS Reservations.
- Locate the required CRS Reservation using the search criteria filters available and select the CRS Ref Hyperlink.
- On the CRS Reservation, click on the Confirmation Tab.
- The screen will display the following information;
BookRef
Guest Name
Email Address
Fax Number
Mobile
Booking Status - Rows will appear; the row/s labelled Summary is for the Contact, the row/s labelled with the booking references is for the Guest.
If there are multiple segments then multiple Summary options will appear allowing you to send a confirmation for each segment.
If there are multiple rooms on a segment then multiple lines with the Booking References will appear for each reservation.
The options are Batch Print, Print, Email, Fax and SMS. Tick the format you wish to use.
- Select the Template you wish to send using the options in the drop-down menu in the Template column. You can preview it by using the Print Preview or Document Preview button next to the template.
- Press 'Execute' to send or print.
If printed, the template screen will close, and open the printer.
If emailed, the Template screen closes, and a Summary screen will confirm if the Confirmation has been sent successfully.
Confirming to the property
Confirmation of the bookings can be sent to the property by email.
- Locate the required CRS Reservation using the search criteria filters available and select the CRS Ref Hyperlink.
- On the CRS Reservation, click on the Confirmation Tab.
- Click Confirm to Property.
- Select the segment you wish to Confirm.
- Select the Template you wish to send.
- Click Execute.
- A Results screen will confirm the email being sent.
