How to use the Forecast Occupancy Report

Used to view the Occupancy Levels over a 14 day period at properties within a CRS Group of properties.

Report will show the Site ID, Property Name, Area Manager, No of Rooms, Daily Occupancy and Daily Close Out Level.

Filters available:

• Start Date – start date range for report 
• Property – ability to select one or all of the properties
• Order by – report order display further filtered into Site ID, property Name and Area Manager

Select View for more options.
