Create or Locate the relevant CRS Reservation, ensuring that any required profiles are attached to the CRS reservation, either as the Contact or Guest and then go to the Invoicing tab:
Once the appropriate transaction plan has been selected and confirmed, you will then be able to attach your payment account.
Click on to the Search button
And if no accounts are found.
Select Add New Account to create a new payment account; this will then populate a pop up box and from here can choose from the attached profiles
The account create screen will then appear; the payment account profile is linked to the selected profile, sharing all the same contact details and reference.
The account will automatically default to ‘Immediate’ Payment Terms. You will need to untick and change this, based on how many days you wish to set up.
You can then use the ‘Notes’ Tab to add specific notes to their account and allocate specific / agreed Payment Plans to this account in the Payment Plans Tab.
NB. If no payment plans are selected then the account will default to the default payment plan set in 'Ini-Group Settings' Usually full payment in advance / on check in.
