When a reservation updates into a ‘No Show’ status a credit note will automatically be created for any invoices that were previously generated.
If the invoice had not been generated then it would simply disappear from the invoicing tab.
Therefore, once the required No Show CRS Reservation has been identified this needs to be handled in the accounts invoicing.
For additional help on locating or handling a no show at CRS Level click here.
These invoices should then be allocated and matched off accordingly; either against no show charges or any refunds issued, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds can be added in using the payment or pay / allocate buttons.
Please refer to our articles on Handling Reservation Amendments on Unpaid Invoices or Handling Reservation Amendments on Paid Invoices for more information should the reservation need reinstating.
