Fastbooking actually have a list of the current errors they are returning with their XML OTA API. The API used with Guestline is a custom one, but we should receive similar errors. Please find them below:
OTA_HotelRatePlanRS:Interface for inluc19020 (ASIAINHTLCAvadh) DISABLED
- The connection with the hotel has been disabled. It is likely that the hotel is not using Fastbooking anymore therefore we should deactivate the connection.
ASIAMYHTLStarPoints: PriceName=INTERNET-BF RoomName=Deluxe-Room subrequest #0 property ALLOT is readonly
- "property ALLOT is readonly" means that in the Fastbooking back-office, this rate shared its availability from another rate, hence it is read-only and can't be update the solution is to either stop sending allotment values for the rate, or ask the hotel to remove the "shared" parameter in the back-office
ASIATJAHTLSuite: pr_allot- setPriceName: Rate Great-Deal not found for hotel Asia-Id-The-Jayakarta-Suite at line 632
- The rate "Great-Deal" does not exist or is not configured as "updatable" in the Fastbooking back-office. The solution is to either stop sending updates for this rate, or ask the hotel to create the rate (if it does not exist) or configured it as "updatable" (if it exists) in the Fastbooking back-office
PTLAGHTLInfante: RoomName (Superior-Room) does not exist for Price Last-Minute-Rel-Max-25-1-NT (Last-Minute-Rel-Max-25-1-NT)
- The room Superior-Room does not exist for the rate Last-Minute-Rel-Max-25-1-NT the solution either stop sending updates for this room/rate combination, or ask the hotel to create this room for this rate in the Fastbooking back-office
CZSPIHTLOreaHoral: PriceName=NON-REF-with-HB RoomName=Grand-Suite subrequest #0 property A1 is readonly
- "A1" means Adult1. We send this message because the rate NON-REF-with-HB has its prices indexed to another rate in the Fastbooking back-office, hence it is read-only and can't be updated the solution either stop sending price values for this rate/room, or ask the hotel to remove the parameter indexing the prices in the back-office
