With the exception of CRS Bookings Created Today and Today’s BW Reward Arrivals, the numbers associated with these fields should be 0; the numbers are all clickable links for the property to access the related reservations and investigate if needed.
CRS Bookings Created Today |
This indicates how many bookings have been made in BW CRS |
Bookings without CRS Ref |
This indicates how many bookings have not had a BW CRS Ref attached that are arriving in the next 51 weeks (This should always be zero. If greater than zero it is likely a booking has not been received by BW CRS. This will mean there is the possibility of becoming overbooked. If the number is greater than zero wait 5 minutes. If it has not changed click on the value to see the reservations without a BW Reference.

Room Picks with a BWCRSRef but no Leg |
BW refers to Room Picks as Legs, these function in the same way. This means a Multi-room reservation has been created without a BW Leg. (This should always be zero. If greater than zero it is likely a booking has not been received by BW CRS. This will mean there is the possibility of becoming overbooked. If the number is greater than zero wait 5 minutes. If it has not changed click on the value to see the reservations without a BW Reference. Go to the reservation and under the Options button select ‘Resend to BW’. Wait 5 minutes. If the number of bookings without a BW CRS reference has not reduced then call Guestline Support.) |

These bookings have not gone up to Best Western to be assigned a group rate 1, Booking may be more than 51 weeks in advance. 2,There may be something missing from the group booking stopping it going up 3, The Group may have more than 99 Legs stopping the group from going up. |

This will only happen before go live. Once live the fields must be completed before you can save the reservation. |
