How to change room type descriptions on Direct Booking Manager (DBM)

To change room type descriptions that will appear on your Direct Booking Manager please take the following steps;

Distribution Hub > Rooms > Manage Rooms

1. Click Edit on the room type you wish to modify
2. Change the text within the Room Description or Short Description box
3. Click Save
   

There are two different room descriptions and these display in different places on the Room Type tile on the DBM. 

Room Description will display when the guest click onto 'More Details'

Room Type Short Description will display on the first page of the DBM 

The changes will not automatically be shown on the DBM, a refresh will be needed which can be organised by the Guestline support team
