To amend or create a new cancellation policy for rates that appears on your Direct Booking Manager (DBM).
- Click Edit and amend as appropriate existing policies, Click Save
- Click New and complete the appropriate cells, Click Save
To then apply/change a cancellation policy for rates that appears on your Direct Booking Manager (DBM):
- Click Edit on the rate plan you wish to modify
- From the Cancellation Policy drop down select the correct policy
- Click Save
This change will not be automatic, to see the changes a refresh will be needed by the Guestline support team.
Note: Cancellation Policies will only affect the Direct Booking Manager and RoomlynxWS, it will not amend any OTA's.
