How to change room occupancy limits for Direct Booking Manager (DBM)

Please note:
Changing the minimum and/or maximum of Adults/Children in a room type within Distribution Hub can stop availability, rates, and restrictions from updating on connected OTA's.  If unsure always contact Guestline Support before continuing.

To change the minimum/maximum adults and children that will appear on your room type for the Direct Booking Manager please take the following steps;

Distribution Hub > Rooms > Manage Rooms

1. Click Edit on the room type you wish to modify
2. You can change Overall Pax, Min Adults, Max Adults, Max Children (Infants are not currently supported on DBM)
3. Save

The changes will not automatically show on the DBM and will need a refresh this can be organised by the Guestline support team

Note: The Overall Pax can be changed without issue
