How to change a rate plan description on Direct Booking Manager (DBM)

To change a rate plan description that will appear on your Direct Booking Manager behind 'More Details' please take the following steps;

Distribution Hub > Rates > Manage Rates

This change will not be automatic, to see the changes a refresh will be needed by the Guestline support team for DBM.

This change will only affect DBM and RoomlynxWS (if configured), it will not amend any OTA's.
