Overbooking - PMS & CRS Logs

A new logs section has been added in the following location ‘Help>Logs>Overbooking Configuration’ 

These new logs will display all changes that have been made within the Overbooking Configuration grid and the ini Setting Overbooking Limits 

 
The page contains several filters 

• From – From date to filter results 
• To – End date to filter results (inclusive) 
• Event Type – Filter by desired Event, i.e. Change to Room Type Overbooking values 
• Operator – Filter by Operator Code 
• Search – Loads results in grid 

Once loaded the results grid will display all changes that have occurred based on the selected filters

The results grid will include 

• Timestamp – Date of the change 
• Event Type – Type of Event 
• Operator – The user who applied the change 
• Details – The change applied 

Event Types

There are 4 Event Types logged in this area; 

1. Overbooking Limits Value Updated 

Keeps a record of the specific value input within ini Settings Overbooking Limits against each room type 

2. Overbooking Limits Restriction Updated 

Keeps a record of when a value is added or removed within ini Settings Overbooking Limits against each room type 

3. Room Overbooking Config Updated 

Keeps a record of the room type values entered or removed within the Overbooking configuration grid 

 4. House Overbooking Config Updated 

Keeps a record of the House/Overall values entered or removed within the Overbooking configuration grid
