Reservations made with an upsell that has been misconfigured would previously fail to deliver to Rezlynx PMS. As of April 2021, reservations will no longer fail and will deliver to the Rezlynx PMS as Success with Warning.
Should this happen, a Warning with Success will be delivered as per the example below. Upsells will not deliver to Rezlynx PMS with the reservation but will instead detail in the notes of the reservation.

Option 1 - Mapping is missing for this upsell in Distribution Hub
Add the Upsell code in Distribution Hub
For DBM and Roomlynx API:
Channels > Booking Modules > Upsells, select Add
Create the upsell using the same Code as the Rezlynx PMS Product Code. Save.
For OTA Channels:
Channels > Channel Settings > Mapping, Select the required Channel >> Upsell, select Add Row.
Add the PMS Value as per the Rezlynx PMS Product code and manually type or select from the drop-down the Channel code. Save
Option 2 - This upsell is not configured in Rezlynx or a variation is available
Log onto Rezlynx PMS and go to Products
System > Rates > Products
Identify that the upsell/product does not exist by using the search.
- A variation exists but is not the same code.
Update the Upsell code in Guestline Distribution
For DBM and Roomlynx API:
Channels > Booking Modules > Upsells, Edit the Upsell Variation as per the Rezlynx PMS Product Code. Save.
For OTA Channels:
Channels > Channel Settings > Mapping, Select the required Channel >> Upsell Code and Edit the incorrect code.
Edit the PMS Value as per the Rezlynx PMS Product code. Save
- The upsell does not exist in Rezlynx PMS
Select Add Product.
Create a new Product using the same Product Code as detailed in the reservation. Save.
