If a Rate Plan is been deleted at Booking.com but mapping in Roomlynx remains in place, any updates for that Rate Plan will fail to be delivered to Booking.com and an error similar to the ones shown below will be produced:
Roomlynx Monitoring (EN)
Roomlynx Monitoring (DE)
New Distribution Monitoring (EN)
How to resolve this error
Option 1 - I require this Rate Plan to still be active.
Log onto your Booking.com account and recreate the Rate Plan that you wish to activate. Please note the Rate Plan code may change and therefore mapping will be required to be updated in Guestline Distribution (Roomlynx).
Option 2 - I do not require this Rate Plan to be active anymore
Log onto Guestline Distribution (Roomlynx):
Channels > Channel Settings > Conversions
Select Channel - Booking.com, Conversion Type - Room, Rate Plan
Identify the Rate Plan conversion and select Delete. This can be clearly seen as the Channel description will show as 'xxxx (Not Found)'.
