Steps to Clean the Printer Head:
- Turn off the printer and open the printer cover.
- Moisten a cotton swab with the alcohol solvent.
- Gently clean the thermal elements of the thermal head using the moistened swab. Be careful not to touch the thermal head with your fingers or any hard object to avoid damaging it.
- Once cleaned, close the printer cover.
- Test the printer:
- Hold down the 'Feed' button and, at the same time, turn the printer Power back on.
- Continue holding the Feed button for 3-5 seconds until a test print is produced.
