Guestpay Integrated PEDS - Overview

If you are new to the Tru-Link integration here are some useful tips to get you started. 

Pairing

In order to use the integration your Terminal needs to be in a Paired state. Follow the instructions here:

Feature Changes

The onboarding team will pair your chosen terminals upon go-live. Once in paired mode you will not be able to use the Sale / Pre-Auth / Completion / Refund manually on the terminal. These type of transactions should be carried out using the available features in Rezlynx. 

Balancing

You will still have the ability to use Quick Pay on the terminal however we would not advise using this as you may find it more difficult to balance. 

Unpairing

If you want to unpair the terminal to use it in a standalone mode you can follow the instructions here: If you decide to do this mid way through your day please be mindful that you will have integrated and non-integrated payments to balance on your next Z Read.
