To add conversions in for Agoda follow the below instructions;
- Select the Property required from the first drop down menu
- Select the required channel from the Channel drop down menu
Currency
Every channel connection (including Guestline Booking Modules) requires a Conversion Type of Currency to be created.
The Currency entered into Roomlynx must be the same Currency as saved in Rezlynx and can be found in
To enter the Currency in Roomlynx follow the steps below:
- Select Currency in the Conversion Type drop down menu
- Click Add
- Enter the correct currency code i.e. EUR, GBP, THB into both the PMS and Channel Value cells
- Click Save
- Tick the Default box

Troubleshooting:
If an error on the Roomlynx - Monitoring Page indicates that a currency is inaccurate, go back to Conversions and click Edit and ensure there are no spaces after either of the entries.
Card Code
If Payment Gateway is being used by the property, card conversions will need to be applied.
- Select Card Code from the Conversion Type drop down menu
- Click Add
- Enter the required Pay Type Code from Rezlynx into the PMS value and the Channel Value
- Click Save
Media Source
Every channel connection (including Guestline Booking Modules) requires a Conversion Type of Media Source to be created.
The Media Source entered into Roomlynx must be the same Media Source Code as saved in Rezlynx
To enter the Media Source in Roomlynx follow the steps below:
- Select Media Source in the Conversion Type drop down menu
- Click Add
- Enter the media source code i.e. AGODA, into the PMS Value cell - leaving the Channel Value blank
- Click Save
- Tick the Default box

Not all channels provide a Media Source code within the reservation delivery.
Room, Rate Type
To add a Room, Rate Type the following steps are required:
- Select Room, Rate from the Conversion Type drop down menu
- Click Add
- Tick 'Not Managed' if Roomlynx is not to send availability, rates and restrictions to Agoda for this conversion.
- Select the rate plan to be mapped from the PMS Rate drop down list, if the rate plan is not showing investigate by checking the the configuration in Rezlynx.
- Select the room to be mapped from PMS Room drop down list, the room type will only show if it is available on the PMS rate plan
- Select the Agoda room from the Channel Room drop down list.
- Select the Agoda rate from the Channel Rate drop down list
- Click Save
- Repeat Steps 2 to 8 until all required conversions are added
- Complete the Mapping Update Process
- Email the property to confirm the changes/go live
