To set up a HRS account the hotels will need to follow the steps here before a connection can be established: HRS Application Form
The Hotel and Guestline can complete the connection process without any involvement from HRS.
Step 1 - Hotel (HRS extranet user)
The Hotel need to send Guestline their username and password to the HRS Exranet. Guestline require this for the Interface Settings as well as obtaining mapping information from their extranet.
Step 2 - Distribution Installer
HRS Interface Settings should now be completed, once they are complete conversions need to also be completed.
Once everything is ready to Go-Live we need to check that Guestline has been selected as the Hotels channel manager in the HRS extranet.
