Several OTA's send through bookings either Nett of Commission or Nett of Tax, sometimes both.
It is possible within Distribution Hub Interface Settings to 'uplift' the reservation amount by the missing percentage so that the reservation is delivered to Rezlynx at gross, this can achieved by:
In Rezlynx PMS - Distribution Hub > Connections > Connection Settings
OR
In Distribution Hub - Channels > Connections > Connection Settings
- Ensure the correct property and correct channel are selected in the drop-down
- Tick 'Add Tax To Reservation'
- Add the correct percentage amount to the 'Tax Amount' field'
- Press Save
This will now add the amount back on to all reservations from this channel before pushing to Rezlynx
