Several OTA's send through bookings either Nett of Commission or Nett of Tax, sometimes both.
It is possible within Roomlynx Interface Settings to 'uplift' the reservation amount by the missing percentage so that the reservation is delivered to Rezlynx at gross, this can achieved by:
- Ensure the correct property and correct channel are selected in the drop-down
- Tick 'Add Tax To Reservation'
- Add the correct percentage amount to the 'Tax Amount' field'
- Press Save
This will now add the amount back on to all reservations from this channel before pushing to Rezlynx
