If a property wishes to connect to Travel Republic they need to register their property here; https://hotels.dnatatravel.com/SignUpWelcome.aspx
Step 1 - Hotel (TravelRepublic extranet user)
Once the hotel have signed up with the channel, Travel Republic will email the property with a username and password to log onto their account. This is when the hotel can contact us to set up a connection. We do not need to inform the channel that we are setting up a connection – we just need to ensure that 'Guestline' is set as the channel manager on the extranet. As soon as we push rates and inventory through to the extranet, the hotel goes live online.
Step 2 - Distribution Installer
TravelRepublic Interface Settings should now be completed, once they are complete conversions can be completed.
The hotel/group needs to be selected on the CRS User in Roomlynx Admin;
- Log into Roomlynx Admin
- Go into the 'CRS User Management' Sub-menu
- Find the 'TravelRep' CRS User and select 'Edit'
- Under Site Groups or Site IDs, highlight the hotel/group you are setting the channel up for and move it to the 'Selected' box
- Click Save
