To set up a Lastminute.com account the Hotel will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including:
- The hotel name
- The full address
- The hotel’s website
- Contact info (your name, telephone number, and email address)
- Star rating (if applicable)
Step 1 - Hotel (Lastminute.com extranet user)
The Hotel need to send us their username and password for the Lastminute.com extranet.
Step 2 - Distribution Installer
For the XML connection to the 'Global Extranet' contact Lastminute.com on email@example.com and request for the hotel to be activated for connection with Roomlynx and for the 'Shopping Source' to be updated to 'Guestline' and for inventory to be managed at 'Room Level'.
Lastminute.com will always want the hotel to confirm that they do want to connect to them via Roomlynx.
When Lastminute have activated the connection to the Global extranet you will be able to download the room and rate mapping details from the 'Channel Config' tool.
