The Guest List tab is accessed from your Home Page Icon (the house).
There are three columns which display your Arrivals, Residents and Departures for the current day.
At the top of each column it shows how many bookings; are due to arrive, are in house, or are due to depart.
You can also view the corresponding Guest List report by selecting the View button.
- The Arrivals column, the bookings will display in Alphabetical order by Surname. You can also see which room number they have been allocated, and how many nights they are staying. To the right there is a hyperlink saying 'View' which will open a pop up giving you further information on the reservation. There are links to cancel the reservation, check in the booking, unallocate the booking, or go into the reservation.
- The Residents column shows 3 sub columns displaying the Guests name, Room number, Departure date and Balance. Using the View button on the right of the Guests details a pop up will open a pop up giving you further information on the booking. You can also access the room bill, unallocate the booking, or go into their reservation.
- The Departures column shows Resident bookings which are due to leave that day. It will also show the Guests name, Room number and Balance. You can also access the room bill, unallocate the booking, or go into their reservation.
