The Functions tab is accessed from your Home Page Icon (the house).
At the top of the row it shows how many function bookings are due to arrive for the current day.
To the right there is a tick box 'show residents' which when selected will show all in house function bookings. The View button will take you into the Guest List 'Residents' report for Function bookings.
The rows below will display the following Function information;
- Start
- End
- Description
- Room
- Layout
- Status
- Rate Plan
- Company
- Agent
At the end of the row, the View hyperlink will open a summary screen which gives some further information to include;
- Event Ref (when using Adv. C&B)
- Booking Ref
- Booking Status
- Rate Plan
- Arrival
- Departure
- Room Number / Name
- Delegates
- Market Segment
- Media Source
- Total for Stay
- Deposit Received
If using Standard C&B, from the Summary Screen you can also Cancel the Reservation, Check In, Unallocate, Go into the Reservation, and Add Rooms.
