How to create and link a drink measure

To add a new PLU measure

1. Click the Drink Measures button
2. Click Add PLU Measure
3. Enter the measure description in the Measure Description box
4. Enter the number of millilitres for this measure in the Measure ml box.
5. If this measure is also a stock measure put a tick in the box
6. Click the Add button
7. You will be able to start using it straight away

To add a new Stock measure

1. Click the Drink Measures button
2. Click Add Stock Measure
3. Enter the measure description in the Measure Description box
4. Enter the quantity in the Qty box
5. Enter the number of millilitres of the individual item in the Individual Item size ml box.
6. If this measure is also a PLU measure put a tick in the box
7. Click the Add button
8. You will be able to start using it straight away

To delete an existing drink measure

1. Select the measure
2. Click the Delete button
3. Confirm by clicking Ok

To add a new linked measure

1. In the section at the bottom of the screen use the Small / Single Measure drop down list to select the smaller size measure
2. Use the Large / Double Measure drop down list to choose the larger size of this measure
3. Once you have selected the measures click the Link button

To delete an existing linked measure

1. Select the linked measures
2. Click the Remove Link button
