How to create a price band

To add a new price band

1. Click Add New Band, this will open a small text box in which you can type the description for this pricing band and click OK

2. From the Select Band drop down list at the top of the screen select the band you have created

3. If you wish to make the band activate automatically you will need to set the Start and End times as well as choosing the days of the week and terminal that it will run on. If you are going to manually turn the pricing band on and off then there is no need to complete all of this information

4. Click the Pricing button. To find the PLU's you want to change the price of select the charge code(s) that they have been created under from the list on the left, you will see the main section of the window populate by all items in the selected charge code(s)

5. To apply specific of percentage increases/decreases to all of the PLUs make a selection from the Adjustment Type drop down list, enter an amount in the Value box and click Apply To All
6. You can also change individual prices by amending the Price Change column
7. Click Save, and then Save again and then Close
8. If you have configured an automatic price band then it will activate automatically on the tills that you have selected at the time you configured. If you have configured it as a manual price band then you will need to activate this on each till via the Price Band button

To delete an existing price band

1. From the Select Band drop down list at the top of the screen select the band you wish to delete
2. Click the Delete button
3. To confirm click Yes
