Note: Print jobs are configured at the charge code level and you can not configure print jobs for individual PLUs.
Go to the EPoS back office, PoS setup then PoS setup,
To add a print job
- Click print jobs.
- Click add print job.
- A box will pop up. Enter the name for the print job and click OK. This opens the print job configuration screen.
- Attach charge codes:
- From the list of unattached charge codes, tick all the codes you wish to include in this print job.
- Click add codes to attach them to the print job.
- If you want instructions or modifiers to be part of this print job, make sure to attach any relevant charge codes as well.
- If you need to remove any charge codes from the attached charge codes box, tick them and click remove codes.
- Once you have selected the charge codes, click Exit and then click OK at the prompt.
To edit an existing print job
- Select the print job you wish to edit.
- Click edit print job and it will open up the print job configuration screen.
- Follow steps 2 and 3 above.
To delete an existing print job
- Select the print job you would like to delete and click remove print job.
- Confirm by clicking Yes.
To assign the print job to a printer
- Select terminal print jobs.
- Select the individual terminals you are setting the print jobs for.
- Select add print job.
- Under the print job header, select new job.
- Assign the job to any printer you have.
- Click Save.
