The Dashboard tab is accessed from your Home Page Icon (the house). It gives you an overview of what's happening in the business that day.
It displays the following information;
- Arrivals
- Departures
- Residents
- Reservations Created Today
- Current Date
- Previous Date
- Meal Plan Summary
Clicking on Arrivals, Departures, Residents, Reservations Created Today and Meal Plan Summary are interactive reports. Hover over the figures in these reports and a hand will appear.
Click and a pop up will show Reservation Summary Results where you can access reservation information using the blue hyperlink, or export the report into a CSV file.
The Current Date section displays statistics including;
- Rooms Sold
- Rooms Available
- Occupancy %
- Waitlist Bookings
- Rooms Out of Service
- Deduct from Stock Rooms
- Unallocated Reservations
The Previous Date section displays statistics including;
- Rooms Sold
- Rooms Available
- Occupancy %
- No Shows
