How to use the Room Usage Report

The Room Usage report is used for viewing an overview of maintenance periods & past & future reservations for specific rooms. Useful for maintenance to see when a room is free to work on, or for housekeeping to complete a deep clean. Can also be used by reception team to see which rooms are not being used often.

Filters available: Order By (Room ID/Room Type/Status, Housekeeping Section/Last Departure/Next Arrival) 

Can Filters be saved: Yes
Are there hyperlinks: Yes

Information

Room ID, Room Description, Room Type Code, Sub Group, Room Status, Housekeeping Section, Last ROOS/DFS, Next ROOS/DFS, Last Departure/ Next Arrival

Can be compared with:

ROOS – Last ROOS/DFS & Next ROOS/DFS

Actual & Forecast – ROS & DFS numbers are shown each day on this Report

Room Status – HK Sections match on both reports

Cannot be compared with:

HK Sections within Room ID configuration- The HK Sections can be changed on the Room Status Report & it will not amend their original configuration

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: N/A
