How to use the Daily New Reservations Report

To view a detailed list of all new reservations created & the revenue generated per booking. Can be used by reservations teams to see how many bookings each staff member has generated, by ordering by ‘Created By’ & exporting to CSV.

Filters available: Property, Market Segment, Media Source, Start Date & Time, End Date & Time, Booker Profile Type, Order By (Booking Date/ Arrival Date/ Booking Reference/ Created By), Include Cancelled Status, Include Cancelled Revenue, Booking Type

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Booking Reference, Booking Date, Created By, Guest Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Nights, Company, Agent, ADR, Reservation Value, Cancelled Nights & Value

Can be compared with:

New Reservations By Date – With Advanced C & B can only be compared using Booking Type 'Bedroom’ as the ADR & Reservation Revenue figures will not match

Cancellations – When ‘Include Cancelled Status’ & ‘Include Cancelled Revenue’ are selected, the cancelled bookings will show on the report with the new bookings created & the Gross Values will match.

Guest List – Created Bookings

Cannot be compared with:

Bookings Pivot– when filtered by ‘all’ or ‘function’ booking type.

Actual/Forecast: Actual Only

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
