The No Shows Report enables you track bookings that were not checked in on the day of their arrival prior to night audit being completed. If the 'System Date' feature has been enabled, the 'No Show' functionality is automatically enabled; any reservations arriving 'today' and not checked-in will be converted to a status of 'No Show' when the 'End Of Day' period is closed. When manually closing the 'End Of Day' period, operators will be notified of reservations to be converted to 'No Shows'
