The Deposit Analysis Report is used to show new deposits that have been added into the system

Filters available: For Period & Period ID, Payment Type, Order By( Posted Date/ Arrival Date) Start Date & Time, End Date & Time, Payment Codes, Display Legacy Report

Can Filters be saved: Yes
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Date, Time, Guest Name, Booking Reference, Room ID, Arrival Date, Company, Payment Code, Description, Amount

Can be compared with:

Posting - When filtered by ‘Posted Deposits’
Payment Analysis - by ‘Transaction Source- Deposits’

Cannot be compared with:

Payment Analysis - by ‘All transaction sources’

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: Gross
