How to use the Deposits Held Report

Viewing all unused deposits currently held within the system- Including Cancelled & No Show reservations where the deposit has not been retained.

Filters available: Booking Type, Status, Group by Status, Order By (Booking Reference/ Arrival Date/ Surname/ Deposit Received)

Can Filters be saved: Yes
Are there hyperlinks: Yes

Title, Forename, Surname, Booking Reference, Room ID, Date Received, Arrival Date, Company Description, Adults, Children, Infants, Deposit Held

Can be compared with:

Current Periods – Deposit Balance will match total on Deposits Held

Cannot be compared with:

Deposit Due – Deposit Held show deposits already taken, when deposit due shows ones still needed to be taken

Actual/Forecast: Current Only

Tax Calculation: Gross
