How to use the Invoice Reprint Report

The invoice reprint can be used to reprint, send or view any invoices. 

Filters available: Report Item Type (Combined/ Individual Folios, Deposit Invoice/ Ledger Invoice/ Credit Note/ Post Cash), Document ID, Booking Reference, Room Pick ID, Room ID, Surname, Post Code, Created Date, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Ledger Name, Order By (Surname/ Forename/ Document ID)

Can filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: Yes (to Folio Style)

Information:

Options, Document ID, Report Type, Surname, Forename, Booking Reference, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Nights, Ledger Name, Ledger, Country, County, Street, District

Can be compared with: 

Invoice Reprint from within the checked out reservation

Invoice from within Aged Debtors- Tracking 

Can't be compared with: 

Financial Audit – When the booking has been paid, it will show as ‘invoiced business’ & therefore looks different to the invoice itself

Actual / Forecast: Actual & Current Only 

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
