How to use the Events (C&B) Report

Viewing a list of each event, per day, including the booked to date value. This report can be used to see a total number of events of a particular event type within a chosen date range

Filters available: From Date, To Date, Event Type, Include contact information, Status, Include bedroom revenue, Coordinator

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Event ID, Event Name, Arrival Date, Departure Date, Contact Name/ Phone/ Email (Dependent on filters selected), Company, Status, Delegates, Booked to Date Value, Deposit Paid Value

Can be compared with:

Functions Detailed – both have event name

Reinstated Bookings – The booked to date values will match

Cannot be compared with:

Arrivals – Rate Plan Cost is only Packages, so the value will differ from the booked to date figure on the Events Report

Room Production – Total number on Room Production is number of functions & not events

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
