How to use the Reinstated Bookings (C&B) Report

Viewing Events that have been cancelled or lost & reinstated back into the system.

Filters available: Reinstate Reason, Start Date, End Date (bookings reinstated dates)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Reason, Arrival Date, Event Name, Client Name & Company, Coordinator, Notes, Revenue

Can be compared with:

The Status Changes on the Notes tab of the Event

Events Logs (C&B) – This will show the cancellation & reinstated booking details

Cancelled Bookings – This will show the booking as cancelled

Status Change – This will show the booking when it was cancelled & reinstated

Events (C&B) – The booked to date values will match

Cannot be compared with:

Enquiries Logs (C&B) – When an enquiry is reinstated, it does not show on the reinstated bookings report

Actual/Forecast: Actual Only

Tax Calculation: Gross

Export Options: Cannot export to CSV
