How to use the Revenue Forecast (C&B) Report

Viewing Event Revenue broken down by revenue type. Revenue Types are normally set to ‘Accomm’, ‘Food’, ‘Beverage’ & ‘Other’ – however, each property can be configured differently, with a maximum of six revenue types available. Only revenue types which have a value against them will show on the report

Filters available: From Date, To Date, Event Types, Event Status, Function Rooms, Isolate Bedroom Revenue, Order By (Event Reference/ Created Date/ Start Date)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Event Reference Number & Name, Start Date, End Date, Event Type, Event Status, Number of Delegates, Value per Revenue Type, Bedroom Value (if Isolate Bedroom Revenue has been selected), Total Value,

Can be compared with:

House Forecast – Filtered by booking type ‘Function’

Cannot be compared with:

Future Reservations – The Revenue Forecast Report shows two days’ worth of revenue, but future reservations shows one for the same date range

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
