How to use the Overview Report

A basic overview of Events & Functions in date or Event name order. Normally used as a front cover sheet for the Event Sheets as an overview of the week. Only days with an Event booked will show on this report.

Filters available: From Date, To Date, Event Status, Function Room, Coordinator, Include Cancelled Functions, Group By (Date/Event Name), Order By (Event Name/Function Room/Function Name/Start Time)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Event Reference, Event Name, Date From/To, Function Room, Function Name, Coordinator, Delegates/ Actual Delegates/Start Time, End Time, Status

Can be compared with:

Functions – however, overview does not include function notes

Cannot be compared with:

Enquiries – This will not show any enquiries entered for the date range entered

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast

Tax Calculation: N/A

Export Options: Cannot export to CSV
