How to use the Readerboard Report

Viewing what signage is needed for Events between a date range. This information is pulled from the function readerboard & not the event readerboard field.

1. Use the Date Range to enter chosen dates
2. Use the Sort By to order by either Function Date or Function Room 

The Results will provide all functions within your chosen date range

Filters available: Sort by (Function Date/Function Room), Function Start Date From, Function Start Date To

Function Day & Date, Function Start Time, Function End Time, Function Readerboard, Function Room Name & ID

Can be compared with:

The readerboard in the function of the Event

Cannot be compared with:

Arrivals (C&B) – The readerboard report shows only the function readerboard, when arrivals shows event readerboard

Readerboard on Event Sheets- this only shows the readerboard from the event & not the functions

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast
