How to use the House Status Report

The House Status Report is used for a quick view of arrivals, departures, residents & vacant rooms. Can be used as a downtime/ emergency report

Filters available: Arrivals, Residents, Departures, Vacant Rooms, Booking Type (Bedroom or Function) Include Reservation Notes & Attributes 

Can Filters be saved: Yes
Are there hyperlinks: Yes 

Information

Arrivals, Residents, Departures by guest name, ETA, Booking Status, Company, Rate Plan, Number of guests / delegates, 1^st night rate. Vacant rooms with room type & housekeeping status

Can be compared with:

Guest List – When Arrivals ‘actual’ for today, Residents ‘actual’ for today, Departures ‘predicted’ for today

Room Status – When Room Status is set to vacant

Reservations – For arrivals, resident, departures

Cannot be compared with:

Design Query – House Status shows current, Design Query shows those have already arrived/ departed

Actual/Forecast: Current only
