How to use the Room Attributes Report

The Room Attributes Report is used for viewing which bedrooms or function rooms have which attributes (features) attached to them.

Filters available: Room Type & Attribute

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Room ID, Room Description, Room Type, Status (Vacant/Occupied ROS), Housekeeping Status, Attribute Value

Can be compared with:

Room ID Configuration
Planner- when selecting Room ID

Room Status – Update Room Attributes

Cannot be compared with:

Named Attributes (C&B) – Room Attributes does not show event, function or enquiry attributes

Actual / Forecast: Current Only

Tax Calculation: N/A

Export Options: Cannot export to CSV
