How to use the Room Maintenance Report

The Room Maintenance Report is used for logging & reporting on Maintenance Issues. This is where you can batch log & batch update maintenance records.

Filters available: Start/End Date, Creation Date, Completed On, Created By, Completed By, Room ID, Assigned To, Maintenance Type, Status, Action, Order By (Room ID/ Start Date/ End Date)

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Information

Room ID, Start Date, End Date, Maintenance Type, Notes, Assigned To, Action, Status

Can be compared with:

Guest Journey, Front Office, Room Maintenance – This is the same report, available in two places

Cannot be compared with:

ROOS – can be used to compare ROS & DFS Stock rooms only
Planner – can be used to compare ROS & DFS & Warn User rooms only

Room Status – can be used to compare ROS & DFS rooms only

Closed Function Spaces (C&B) – In Advanced C & B Closed Function Spaces do not show in Room Maintenance at PMS

Actual/Forecast: Both Actual & Forecast
