The Room Status report enables the housekeeping team to see which rooms are clean/dirty & update. Also used by Housekeeping to attach Housekeeping Sections to delegate rooms to certain staff members & print by section. If the bedrooms have been configured with cleaning times, then a summary of how long each ‘section’ will take to clean can be viewed. It can also be used to batch update room attributes.
Filters available: Room Type, Room Status, Housekeeping Section, Housekeeping Status, Include ROS, Print by Section, Include Summary, Multiple Occupants, Suppress Guest Name, Include Reservation Items (Notes/ Attributes/ Do Not Move Reason), Include Room Attributes, Include Profile Items (Smoker/ VIP/ Number of Stays/ Preferred Room Type/ Preferred Room ID), Order By ( Room ID/ Room Type/ Sub Group/ Status/ Housekeeping Status)
