How to use the BW Elite Report (Best Western Properties Only)

The BW Elite report is used for reporting on which rewards their customers have selected upon check in. e.g. Rewards Points or a drink & snack option

Filters available: Departure Date From, Departure Date To

Can Filters be saved: No
Are there hyperlinks: No

Departure date, Best Western Rewards (BWR) Number, Guest Name, CRS Confirmation Number, Choice

Can be compared with:

Guest profile whilst resident- Can select ‘Edit BW Reward Options’ & see what was chosen & amend prior to check out

Cannot be compared with:

Guest profile after check out. No changes can be made to the option & it cannot be seen within the PMS once the guest has checked out

Tax Calculation: N/A

Export Options: Export to CSV with no additional fields given
