Is use for viewing snapshot availability, rooms sold & occupancy

Filters available: Property, Start Date, End Date, Include Groups/ Room Blocks, Display (Availability/ Rooms Sold/Availability & Rooms Sold/Rooms Sold by Status Code/Occupancy)

Day of the Month, Month, Value (Dependent on which display by is chosen)

Can be compared with:

Availability on the Home Page Tab- If values do not match, try an Availability ‘Resync’ in the System Cogs

Cleaning Forecast - Rooms Available & Occupancy

Actual & Forecast - Rooms Available & Occupancy

Cannot be compared with:

Occupancy - The Availability report has two decimal places, unlike the occupancy report which is rounded up to the nearest whole number.
