How to use the Country Statistics Report

Is used to view the number of guests who have stayed or are staying by Nationality or Country. This information is pulled from the profile(s) on the reservation, therefore if the profile was not linked, or the information was not updated or filled in, it will show the default country & nationality that is set up within Rezlynx. To ensure more reliable data, country can be made a mandatory field within the profile if required. Please also note, that OTA reservations do not take the default set in PMS. For those bookings the Nationality and Country have to be filled out manually. Otherwise it will show results without any Nationality or Country.

Filters available: Start Date, End Date, View (Detailed/ Summary), Nationality or Country, Report on Lead Guest Only

Detailed – Nationality or Country, Day & Date, Bookings, Guests

Summary- Nationality or Country, Total Nights, Arrivals (Total, Adults, Children & Infants) Stays (Total, Adults, Children & Infants)

Can be compared with:

Revenue by (Country) – Number of bookings will match when ‘Report by Lead Guest Only’ is selected & filtered by ‘Country’, on the Country Statistics Report (Detailed View)

Cannot be compared with:

N/A

Tax Calculation: Gross & Nett
